Concierge 21st Century Front Office software is easy to install.
Please select the Concierge Install link below:
The follow dialog box will appear as shown below.
Now click the "Save" button and the Save As dialog box will appear as shown below:
We recommend saving this file to your Desktop for easy removal later, but feel free to save the file in a folder you are familiar with, My Documents would also be a popular choice. Once you have selected where you want to save the file, click the "Save" button.
A progress dialog box will appear and will start downloading the Concierge Install Menu to your computer. Depending on your internet connection speed, this can take between 20 seconds for broadband users up to 3 or 4 minutes for dial up users.
When the download is completed the dialog box will show as being complete. See screen shot below:
At this stage simply click the "Run" button and the install will begin with the following screen:
Click the NEXT button and the following screen will appear...
We recommend you keep the Full Installation (Recommended) option and click the NEXT button and the following screen will appear.
Now simply click the INSTALL button and the Installation will continue, see screen shot below:
Keep follow the installation through by clicking NEXT each time and eventually you will see the following screen...
Enter an "User Name" and "Password" please make a note of these, they are required when you log in later! and then click the Create Administrator button and the following box will appear...
Click OK and you will see the Concierge Database Server. (see screen shot below).
Now we need to load the Trial License, simply by clicking the "Load License" button and selecting the only license shown called, "trial_license.ldf" and clicking on the "Open" button. (see screen shot below).
Congratulations, you have installed the Concierge Database Server, now click the "Hide to Tray" button and Database Server will minimize into the system tray, at the bottom right hand of your screen (see example below)
Next click FINISH and the final install will appear (see screen shot below):
Simply click the "Next" button and follow the prompts through until complete. Well done, you have completed the Concierge Install.
